Anna Finstrom, a native of St. Cloud, concentrates her practice in the areas of:
- Litigation (including employment, business, environmental and other areas)
- Appellate Litigation
She is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
Education & Experience
Anna graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis with degrees in political science and music. She received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Anna’s experience included a clerkship at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and work at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. She served as a student director of the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic at the University of Minnesota, in which capacity she contributed to winning briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court in Mellouli v. Lynch, 135 S. Ct. 1980 (2015).
Anna serves on the board of directors for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Stearns-Benton Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is also the Chapter Liaison for the Central Chapter of the Minnesota Women Lawyers.
