COMMERCIAL LAW ASSOCIATE

Rinke Noonan, a growing firm with 25 attorneys in St. Cloud, MN, seeks an associate to practice in the areas of commercial law and lending and lien law.  This position will include work in lending transactions, work outs, foreclosure, bankruptcy creditor representation and other creditor remedies.  The ideal candidate will have experience and/or course work in UCC Articles 2 and 9, bankruptcy law, finance and real estate.  Rinke Noonan seeks associates with the drive to develop their skills, create a client base, and become active participants and owners in the firm. The successful applicant will have significant immediate and meaningful client contact.  Applicants with 2 to 5 years of legal experience and strong academic credentials are preferred.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITIONS

Rinke Noonan, a growing firm with 25 attorneys in St. Cloud, MN, seeks two associates to practice in the areas of real estate, business, and local government.  Although both positions will focus on real estate and transactional work, one of the positions will have an emphasis on local government while the other will focus on private companies.  These positions will include work in employment, business contracts and financing, land use development and planning, economic development, and real estate transactions.  The successful applicants will have the support of experienced attorneys and paralegals and be given the opportunity to grow niche practice areas with long term clients. The successful applicants will have significant immediate and meaningful client contact.  Applicants with 2 to 5 years of legal experience as well as other real world experience are preferred.
