COMMERCIAL LAW\LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Rinke Noonan, a growing firm with 25 attorneys in St. Cloud, MN, seeks an associate to practice in the areas of commercial law and business litigation.  This position will include work in work outs, foreclosure, bankruptcy creditor representation and other creditor remedies as well as other business disputes.  The ideal candidate will have experience and/or course work in UCC Articles 2 and 9, bankruptcy law, finance and real estate and civil practice skills.  Rinke Noonan seeks associates with the drive to develop their skills, create a client base, and become active participants and owners in the firm. The successful applicant will have significant immediate and meaningful client contact.  Applicants with 0 to 3 years of legal experience and strong academic credentials are preferred.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Rinke Noonan, a growing firm with 25 attorneys in St. Cloud, MN, seeks an associate to practice in the areas of corporate law, business transactions, and real estate.  This position will include work in entity structures, business sales and acquisitions, business contracts, financing, leasing, and real estate transactions.  The successful applicants will have the support of experienced attorneys and paralegals and be given the opportunity to grow niche practice areas with long term clients. Rinke Noonan seeks associates with the drive to develop their skills, create a client base, and become active participants and owners in the firm. The successful applicants will have significant immediate and meaningful client contact.  Applicants with 2 to 5 years of legal experience, as well as other real world experience, preferred.
