  • 2. Introduce You to Your Legal Team. We will provide you the contact information for the legal team you will be working with.
  • 3. Communicate Effectively. We will communicate with you on a regular basis. We will keep you fully informed in the manner you prefer. We will answer your questions, ask questions of you, discuss possible strategies, and help you determine the best course of action.
  • 4. Be Available for You. We will be available to meet or talk with you – by phone, in your office, our office, or elsewhere. When we are unable to do so, you will have the option of leaving a voice mail or speaking with a person.
  • 5. Be Responsive. We will respond to your phone calls and Emails within the same day whenever possible. If we cannot do so personally, we will be sure that someone else responds to you.
  • 6. Understand Your Business. We will work with you to understand your business operations, organizational goals, and developments in your industry. We will offer creative ways to turn challenges into opportunities and identify ways to avoid problems for you in the future. We will strive to a build long-lasting strategic partnership with you.
  • 7. Carefully Manage Your Budget. We will charge reasonable fees and provide a written estimate if requested. We will ensure the appropriate legal team is working with you. We will not charge you for routine photocopies, long distance telephone calls or faxes, or mileage.
  • 8. Ask How We Are Doing. We will ask for your feedback & take appropriate action to improve the services and value we provide.
