D. Michael Noonan
Mike Noonan is a founding shareholder of the firm. He concentrates his practice in:

Mike is on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of St. Cloud Opportunities, Inc., a nonprofit development corporation. He also served on the national Board of Directors of Maryknoll Lay Missioners Association, and the U.S. Bank Advisory Board – Central Minnesota. Mike has been active in a number of community and charitable organizations, including the Sartell/Sauk Rapids Rotary Club, Catholic Charities, Cathedral High School Education Foundation, Downtown Development Corporation and the Central Minnesota Community Foundation.
A native of Waterloo, Iowa, Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Minnesota. He co-founded Rinke Noonan in 1969.
