Attorney Bio

Anna Finstrom, born and raised in St. Cloud, concentrates her practice in the areas of:

  • Civil Litigation
  • Appellate Litigation

Anna is fluent in spoken and written Spanish.  She maintains an active pro bono immigration practice including naturalization, asylum, and other forms of humanitarian relief.

Education & Experience


Anna graduated from Augsburg College in Minneapolis with degrees in political science and music. She received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Anna’s legal experience included a clerkship at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and work at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. She served as a student director of the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic at the University of Minnesota (now part of the Binger Center for New Americans), in which capacity she contributed to winning briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court in Mellouli v. Lynch, 135 S. Ct. 1980 (2015). She joined Rinke Noonan in 2016.

Anna serves on the board of directors for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid.  She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Stearns-Benton Bar Association, and the John E. Simonett Inn of Court.
