Caleb Rannow

I am just a regular guy who grew up in Hutchinson, MN.  I live on a hobby farm near Hutchinson where I raised four daughters, two dogs, several cats, chickens, pigs and grow a large vegetable garden.  Whether I am slopping the hogs, digging in my vegetable garden, or baiting a hook, I am no stranger to getting my hands dirty.

I take that philosophy with me in my law practice as well.  I am not afraid to dig in and get to the bottom, gathering information, getting the facts straight and harvesting a good outcome for my clients.  I am also a retired veteran having served in the Minnesota National Guard, which included time in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Serving and protecting my country AND my clients is top priority for me.

Housing Law

Our attorneys have experience in all facets of landlord-tenant issues. We represent landlords with drafting leases, tenant disputes, eviction actions, repair claims, fair housing, and fair housing complaints. We also represent management companies. The housing attorneys at Rinke Noonan have professional relationships with legal aid attorneys, the courts, and other tenant advocates. We do not represent tenants.

We help clients comply with the intricate regulations and laws surrounding the Violence Against Women Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Housing Act, and HUD regulations. Our landlord-tenant lawyers also counsel on issues related to criminal screening and assistance animals.
