Jerry Von Korff is a shareholder in the firm. He practices in the areas of:

Education & Experience

Jerry is a graduate of Oberlin College with honors in economics. He is a 1975 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. Following law school, Jerry worked for legal services where he handled a number of groundbreaking class actions and appeals both in Washington, D.C. and Minnesota.

Jerry is author of the Minnesota CLE deskbook on Water Project and Drainage Law. He is the author of West’s Minnesota Practice chapter on public drainage in the Real Estate volume. He has served on various committees and task forces appointed by the Minnesota Commissioner of Education, has served for a decade on the St. Cloud Symphony Board of Directors and currently serves on the Board of Education for the St. Cloud Community School District.
