Rinke Noonan, LTD. is seeking a Litigation Attorney with an interest in agricultural & natural resources law to join our team in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

Position Overview: In this position, you will be provided sophisticated, complex work that we believe you will find challenging and rewarding.  In exchange for your hard work, you can expect immediate client interaction and file management, and, if you desire, partnership opportunities.  We offer direct training and the opportunity to be involved in a team environment. You will also have support from administrative staff including, legal secretaries, legal technicians, and paralegals. Our Marketing Professional is also available to help launch your career.

The candidate should anticipate working with private clients, local and special units of government, and managing consulting experts on issues pertaining to the management of water quantity and wetland conservation compliance on the local, state, and federal level. The candidate may anticipate representing clients on a variety of civil litigation matters as well as providing regulatory counseling, advocacy, and handling administrative appeals before the USDA and its agencies. Duties will include record review, case development, research, legal writing and advocacy, client and third-party communication, and supervision.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed attorney with 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and writing skills
  • Strong academic/professional credentials
