Jayne practices in South Dakota and Minnesota, specializing in agricultural and environmental litigation and criminal defense matters. Jayne has experience representing clients in Fish and Wildlife Service wetland easement map appeals and compliance matters, South Dakota drainage permitting and civil law rule litigation, Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act compliance and reasonable use rule disputes, Endangered Species Act litigation, Clean Water Act compliance, NRCS certified wetland determinations, Farm Bill and crop insurance compliance, and general litigation and criminal defense matters.
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and was a member of the University of Minnesota’s Dairy Judging Team during undergrad. Jayne attended the University of Minnesota Law School and joined Rinke Noonan after graduating in 2017.
