I’ve always enjoyed putting in time on the water. The key to a successful fishing trip is finding the proper presentation to use at the right time in the right location. Oftentimes, this means recognizing when a small change in temperature or wind direction requires a change in tactics or a change in location.
These principles carry over into my professional life of pursuing legal solutions. An understanding of the details of a case or legal issue is crucial to determining how the evidence needs to be prepared and presented. Small changes in the facts underlying the issue can require wholesale changes in the way that issues needs to be addressed. Being prepared to adapt to these changes is important to me, and is critical to finding the best solutions to my clients’ legal issues.
