The ROCORI Trail Construction Board recently held a ground breaking ceremony for the Phase II of the trail project from the west side of downtown Rockville to the eastern city limits of Cold Spring. Phase I was completed in the Fall of 2012 and connected the City Cold Spring to the City of Richmond and the Minnesota DNR’s Glacial Trail. Phase III will complete a gap along the Sauk River creating a 10+ mile link of the three ROCORI Cities. Rinke Noonan has assisted the RTCB in right of way acquisition and project coordination.
