January 3, 2022 – Effective today, Rinke Noonan is proud to announce that attorney Adam Ripple has been named the new President of Rinke Noonan. Ripple is a shareholder of Rinke Noonan and has been with the firm since 2006. He concentrates his practice in government law; land use and real estate; and condemnation/eminent domain.
Prior to this change, Rinke Noonan was under the leadership of Roger Justin. Justin has been with Rinke Noonan since 1990 and has been the President of Rinke Noonan for a total of 18 years. As Justin hands over the reins to his successor Ripple, he looks forward to continuing his practice as an attorney at Rinke Noonan.
