Rinke Noonan Law Firm is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in St. Cloud, MN.

The Operations Coordinator provides critical support to the Director of Operations while executing a variety of operational initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive mindset, is adaptable, and is comfortable working in a professional environment with diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for Director of Operations
  • Enroll employees in various benefits using the UKG system
  • Verify and submit payroll information
  • Assist with administering changes, updates, and termination to employee benefits
  • Assist in recruiting activities including posting employment ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates
  • Track, schedule, and report CLE activities for attorneys
  • Assist in attorney licensing administration ensuring dues/licensing fees are paid
  • Organize and maintain employee files and records
  • Assist with the administration of regulatory audits and HR compliance tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Development Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, business writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in the use of various software applications including but not limited to: Windows and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Capable of working independently

  • Pay range: $21.50 to 26.45 
    The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience, and other factors.

Education:

  • College degree or Certificate in Business Administration or related operations experience preferred.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of business and\or human resources administration, payroll administration and benefits administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule:

  • Full time
  • 8 Hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Saint Cloud, MN 56301 (Required)
