Ben devotes nearly 100% of his practice to litigation, focusing on business and consumer litigation, insurance coverage and clients, creditor remedies, and contested real estate disputes. He also serves in a general counsel role for a number of individual and corporate clients. Ben’s clients depend on him for his track record and experience, as well as his dedication to his clients.  

Ben is licensed to practice in Minnesota and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.

Ben graduated cum laude from Concordia College (Moorhead, Minnesota) with degrees in Political Science and Sociology. He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to joining Rinke Noonan in 2004, he worked for a Minneapolis litigation firm practicing in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and property damage losses.
