Madeline Hartley

Madeline is an Associate who practices in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Law.

Madeline works with individuals, families, landowners, farmers, and business owners to develop practical solutions that protect assets, facilitate business and property transactions, and accomplish long-term planning goals.

Raised in the Midwest, Madeline grew up closely connected to her family’s agricultural roots and witnessed firsthand the opportunities and challenges that farming presents to families from one generation to the next. That experience fostered an appreciation for the hard work, commitment, and long-term perspective required in agriculture and continues to inform her approach to serving farmers, landowners, and closely held businesses.

Madeline is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Iowa.
