Nick is originally from Winona, Minnesota, and has been with Rinke Noonan since 2005 and has been a Shareholder since 2011. He practices in the areas of Condemnation & Eminent Domain, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Arbitration, ADR & Mediation.

Nick brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to his practice, and he takes great pride in helping his clients through what is often the most challenging experience of their lives, while making his clients feel at ease and comfortable.  His no-nonsense approach to reaching effective and efficient resolutions is what makes clients come back to him with their future legal needs and refer their family and friends to him.

He brings this same approach to his Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. Nick is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Nick is frequently engaged as a mediator on a wide variety of cases, including, but not limited to, family law cases, real estate disputes, probate and trust litigation, and business disputes. He enjoys the challenge and the reward that comes with assisting litigants and their attorneys in finding and creating thoughtful and unique solutions to the issues in their case.

When not in the office, Nick can be found spending time with his wife and three daughters and oftentimes recreating in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, or camping.

Nick is licensed to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota, and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.

Nick has been a shareholder of the firm since 2011. Nick graduated magna cum laude from Mount Mercy College with a triple major in Criminal Justice, Psychology and Sociology. He went on to attend law school at Hamline University and graduated cum laude. During his education, he enjoyed experiences with a number of private Twin Cities law firms and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office. Nick was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015.
