Hannah is an Associate who practices in the areas of Agricultural Law, Appeals, Environmental Law, and Government Law.      

Hannah has a diverse set of experience in governmental and administrative law, demonstrated by her current representation of both governmental entities and private clients and her prior internships with a County Attorney’s Office, the Minnesota Governor, and a U.S. Senator. Through the University of Minnesota Clemency Clinic, she authored successful federal clemency petitions. Hannah also has administrative, litigation, and appellate experience, which serves her clients well at all stages. Hannah is a problem-solver by nature, and she brings enthusiasm to her practice for navigating bureaucratic puzzles.    

Hannah is licensed to practice in Minnesota and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.  

Hannah earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in Political Science and Spanish. She earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Hannah was a Legal Intern with the MN Governor’s office, a Law Clerk at a County Attorney’s office, and a Student Attorney with the University of Minnesota Clemency Clinic.
