Legal Assistant

In this position, candidates will gain exposure to the legal field while providing administrative and clerical support to lawyers, paralegals, and other assistants. Prior to being placed in a specific practice area, you will learn the foundational skills needed to succeed in a law firm setting. Once placed in a practice area, you will further hone your skills to that specific law type. Key duties include preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents. An eye for detail, accuracy and proofreading are necessary in this position.

Legal Technician

This is an entry level paralegal position that will provide support to attorneys and paralegals in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, commercial real estate, and business transactions.
